Online Return Policy
We always want our products to meet your expectations of quality, beauty, and usefulness. Any product that does not meet your expectation of quality or arrives damaged may be returned to Stuart Collection. Please do not return any merchandise without return authorization by Stuart Collection. We urge you to carefully repack any products for return in the original shipping box you received. We cannot credit you for insufficiently packed merchandise which arrives broken. We will process your claim when we receive and inspect the merchandise. Please call 1-860-233-4440 for any requests.
Shipping/Handling Charges
All charges for shipping include UPS, packing, insurance, and handling. We ship via UPS ground within the continental 48 states within 48 hours of purchase. Any shipments to outside the continental 48 states, please contact us by telephone at 1-860-233-4440 for specific shipping information. We ship to most locations, so feel free to contact us with any questions, or special needs concerning your shipment.
Delivery Time
Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. On occasion, one or more of your items may be out of stock, and delay your complete order being shipped to you. We apologize in advance, and will advise you of this delay as quickly as possible. Our vendors may be out of stock as well, so this could add to the delay in your order.
